oh hey, let’s get acquainted

we’re here to change the game.

By changing the way you view yourself and your life. To remove the stigma and pressure placed on women by society to look and act a certain way. We’re here to help you learn to love yourself sick. To feel more confident in your body and to help you tap into your most authentic and unapologetic, true self.

When we first launched E.B.B back in 2018, we had two goals in mind:

1 - To bring a more body-positive, FUN and high-vibe energy into the fitness industry.

2 - To help women learn to love, accept and APPRECIATE themselves & their bodies.

Our philosophy is simple. We want to encourage and inspire women to move and celebrate their bodies, simply because WE CAN!  The idea came to us when we were both going through our own journeys with body-image and not feeling worthy in our skin. You see, we both grew up in the entertainment industry, and were forever surrounded by a very-looks driven world, constantly feeling the pressure to look this way, eat that, do this… We both remember days, where we would just stare in the mirror and hate on our legs. On our appearance. And then one day we released how silly we were being. You see, we had come across a story of a girl who had lost the ability to walk. A girl that was so vibrant and still so happy.

And it hit it us.

we can still walk. we can run. we can dance. we can jump, hop, skip, and climb. we have these two powerful, strong, working legs that allow us to experience so much of life. so much joy.

And so, we changed our mindset. And the whole game changed.

We started moving, not to look a certain way. Not because we felt pressure to do so. But because we could. Because we had the privilege to do so. We realised that there are so many people out there that can’t. That don’t share the same privilege that we do. And so we moved for them too. And movement started to become this big celebration. It was fun and it lit us up from the inside out.

And then.. drumroll please. The E.B.B Movement was born. We started teaching our signature dance-cardio workout to rooms, full of like-minded women and we all left buzzing with endorphins and this new-found love and appreciation for our bodies. It was beyond empowering.

One of our favourite memories, back in the very early, first few weeks of launching, was when Britt and I had this moment where we looked at each other and we were both like… ‘When was the last time you looked in the mirror an looked for things wrong with your body?’’ And we both just turned to each other and were like ‘I actually don’t know.’ That inner voice that had been around for so long, always telling us that we weren’t worthy enough in our own skin, had gone. We felt strong, powerful and we were absolutely beaming with self-love. It was a feeling like no other. And we just thought, if this is the effect moving and celebrating our bodies - E.B.B style, has had on us…then we cannot wait for other women to feel this way too. Because like we always say, every body deserves to feel bootiful.

So if you’re new here, hello, welcome, how are ya? And just know babe, that you too can feel this way.

Self-love is possible and you will come out of this journey, (heck out of your first class)  - feeling a whole lot more grateful for that bootiful body of yours, and 1000 times more loving toward yourself.

we cannot wait to celebrate with you.
